Customer Services Representative
Happy Hen Treats is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative. This position is part-time 30-40 hours per week with the potential for full-time position. In this position you will work with the Happy Hen Treats Sales Team to help achieve day to day tasks and assist customers.
Responsibilities include:
Answer telephone calls and assist customers
Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries.
Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
Review and process daily orders
Work with Sales Team to achieve sales goals
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
Process daily Sales Reports
Required Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong Interpersonal Skills, including verbal and written communication
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Detail Oriented
Strong Organizational Skills
Leadership Skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Multi-tasking
Computer Proficiency
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong Job Dependability
Good Time Management
Preferred but not Required:
Customer Service Lead or Management experience
Experience with raising and caring for chickens
Pay Rate &
Benefits:
$10-$14 per hour
Paid Vacation and HolidaysEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
