Data Entry Clerk - BOERNE

Pay Rate: $11-$11.50
Job Type: 9am-3pm, Monday - Friday, and some evenings when needed, hourly position

Primary
Responsibilities:
o Manage and execute all department data entries with a focus on accuracy and speed simultaneously, timeliness and confidentiality
o Prepare all department reports including proofing and revising data
o Collect statistical and anecdotal data for Grant writing
o Coordinate department communication through emails, letters and mailing labels
o Professional phone skills and assisting volunteers in tasks
o Create internal working systems
o Self motivated to organize job responsibilities and projects
o Work as a team in conjunction with the Client Intake Specialists and Director
o Assist with Friday night distributions and special events when needed
o Work on team projects to build up the department

Minimum Requirements:
o Minimum 2 years experience in office administration and data entry
o Bilingual preferred
o Microsoft Office proficient
o High degree of professionalism, privacy and organizational skills
o Excellent written and oral skills
o Ability to learn and adapt quickly to procedures and protocol
o Driven, team player, who is creative, motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks with a strong attention to detailEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
